Win2's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds held may be forfeited.

All win2 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳500. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a minimum of 8x the combined bonus and deposit amount.
You generally have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements for a bonus. If the requirements are not met within this period, the bonus funds will be forfeited. Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.

If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. However, if the match is rescheduled and the bet remains valid under the applicable betting rules, the bet will stand.
Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and the time the system processes it, win2 reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical issue, Win2 reserves the right to void the affected bets. This also applies to bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

Win2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, users will be informed of the reason before their account is closed.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account.
As part of responsible betting, you can request a temporary suspension of your account (from 1 week up to 6 months) or a permanent closure at any time. This feature is known as self-exclusion.
